All participating sponsors will receive prominent mention in convention promotion materials, including, but not limited to:

• Newspaper articles and display advertisements beginning March 25
• Programmatic material distributed at the convention
• Promotional materials mailed out
• Postings on the PPROA website

Hospitality Night Sponsors should consult with PPROA regarding the hors d'oeuvres menu and quantity to be served at your booth. Booth includes one food table and one display/give-away table. Each menu will be theme-based and include decorations. Host sponsors will be billed for their hors d'oeuvres and proportional part of Civic Center HFS costs. Menus are available electronically from PPROA.

Being a Hospitality Night Host qualifies for 3 complimentary convention registrations with tickets to all convention events and meals (excluding golf and sporting clays). When using complimentary registration, please complete the convention registration form mailed to you at a later date)by marking "Hospitality Host" in the registration cost area.

You may sign up as a Hospitality Night Host by downloading the attached pdf form (see below) or by using the online signup process. To start the online signup, please enter up to 3 names and select their meal preferences below.

Publicity begins March 25th. The deadline for signing up as Hospitatily Host is April 15th.
