Delivery and Refunds


New memberships immediately become active on the date of online purchase. All website payments on open accounts will be noted as the online payment date. All event registrations will be noted as the online payment date.


Refunds are not given for memberships. However, event registrations sometimes have a cancellation option. Specific requirements for cancellation refunds are stated for each event. Typically cancellations several weeks in advance will receive a full refund and cancellations within two weeks or less of an event will be refunded less a stated cancellation fee. No refunds are given after events. See stated details on every event registration form.
